The Flip Call is a free resell drop calendar for the stuff the big calendars skip.

Every drop gets a FLIP or SKIP call and a short reason. Comps are labeled exactly as strong as they are:

VERIFIED SOLD an actual completed sale we confirmed. REPORTED reported by a third party and not independently confirmed. ASK a listing price, or no comp at all.

If the numbers aren't there, we say so. Calls are tracked publicly on the track record.
